Being close to nature and surrounded by mountains is definitely a plus point of this hotel. the room provided is spacious and tidy but can be quite cold and dimly lit. the breakfast served is decent but lacks variety. the staff is friendly and welcoming, but can be slow at times. the cozy hall with the fireplace is perfect for spending evenings indoors.

The hotel needs to improve on their housekeeping services. the bathroom could have been cleaner and more hygienic.

Had an ok stay recently at a hotel in the Pyrenees for Easter holiday. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. There were some nice views of the surrounding hills and mountains. It was great to stay in a quiet area with not much tourist traffic.

The service was very poor. The hosts were not friendly or welcoming.

I loved staying at this hotel, nestled in the heart of beautiful natural surroundings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent and provided me with the energy I needed for a day full of adventures. The friendly staff were always available to help and answer my questions. I also enjoyed the cosy hall with the fireplace, where I spent many evenings relaxing with a good book.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
